Who Am I?
I was born in a hospital in Moca (from Puerto Rico, my home country) in September 25th, 2002. This means I am currently 20 years old. I currently reside in Florida as a result of a hurricane that struck in my home country and destroyed nearly everything in sight. I am also an animator and an illustrator. I often use a program called Moho (used by Cartoon Saloon for their films as well as for Nick Jr. U.K. and Ireland's Puffin Rock.) to do all my animations and either Krita or Colors Live (for my Nintendo Switch) to do my drawings. Most of them are remakes of my old drawings.
My influences include thousands of obscure cartoons. Most of them people don't know they even existed in the first place! The biggest is BRB's Zip and Zap adaptation; mostly for its art and background style. Also, early Film Roman (who needs to do a new cartoon since they're currently silent) plays a part on the influence as well. I design the title cards after those from Garfield and Friends and make heavy use of the Franklin font, which was the same font used for their credit sequences on their Garfield specials. My favourite game is COMPILE's Puyo Puyo.
Who is Boomer?
I also have an alter-ego as well. His name is Boomer. He is bascially me in a fluffy package. Prior to him, his origins go back in 2018. After failing to see a independent Philadelphian singer named NIIC the Singing Dog, I felt heart broken and created Nicki out of spite, a blue akita who dresses like NIIC and has rather brown hair. Yeah, I don't know why but it clearly has something to do with my at-the-time obsessive behaviour. It happened with me and Kewlie before until this year. I stopped using him I think in 2019. Near the end of 2020, I was writing a cartoon that makes fun of Helluva Boss and thus Boomer, originally a Loona spoof, came to be. After silently cancelling a project, Boomer survived from it, leaving me no choice to make him a successor to Nicki. He was originally blue coloured in a wolf-like species, but on summer, alongside someone doing a drawing (thanks, JFET!), he is currently an akita and sea creature combined and he is now in a shade of green. I also gave him pink and white highlights in his hair too based on the drawing I saw. Also, the more I draw him, the more he loses his original Loona parody traits and becoming a fluffy version of myself. Right now, alongside bringing him to life in the real world and soon transforming into him thanks to Lemonbrat, I tweaked his design a bit; which he returns to his original blue colour I originally gave to him as well as the addition of a red highlight in his hair. Here's how he looks like speaking of!
Here's Hanin!
Originally created for my HCC Multimedia class, Hanin is the other side of my alter-ego whenever he feels a little too nostalgic for my past. Basically an ego of an ego. I based him out of my (ruined) Toys "R" Us plush dog that I used to have when I was a kid combining it with another childhood tactic, if a bit strange, on putting a shirt over the plush dog itself and doing...things. Yeah, my childhood can be sometimes a little bit weird. I will soon showcase on how he looks like.
Experimental...Parrots?
I wanted to tell you guys but I am also a beta tester on the upcoming spiritual continuation and successor of the beloved virtual world of Club Penguin, entitled Party Parrot World. Developed by the actual original team members of that game at Digital Daylight Studios in conjunction with RocketSnail Games, the one who originally created Club Penguin since 2000. I played it and so far I picture this game as a very worthy successor to the Penguin Chat since one of the creators try to buy the game back from Disney but they tried and I think this was created as a result of filling what's left of the gaps of Club Penguin and it's sequel, Club Penguin Island.
